A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around July 2015, the Defendant: (a) around July 2015, the front number plate of the freight B, which Defendant operated, was kept in custody due to the unpaid fines for negligence, etc.; (b) had the intention to forge and operate the car registration number plate.

1. Around July 2015, the Defendant forged a car registration number plate which is an air for the purpose of using a computer program used in manufacturing signboards at the home-gu, Ansan-si, a member-gu, an Ansan-si, to create the word “B” and the number, and then attaching it to the green acrylic board which was purchased in advance.

2. The Defendant exercised the forged air defense by operating a forged motor vehicle registration number plate from around the above day to October 2, 2015 by attaching it to the foregoing cargo vehicle.

The Defendant owned Dpoter II cargo vehicles, and driven the foregoing cargo vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance without a driver’s license, from around 3 km to March 23, 2016, from the road located at the 45-ro, Mag-ro, Mag-ro, Mag-ro, Mag-ro, Mag-ro, Mag-ro, Mag-ro, Mag-ro, Mag-ro, Mag-ro, Mag-ro, Mag-ro, Mag-ro, 467.
