A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On December 22, 2017, the Defendant had been held in custody of the front number plate of the Defendant’s vehicle B car rental car, with the intention of driving the car number plate manufactured at will.

1. The Defendant: (a) requested the manufacturing of a number plate for the registration of “B” motor vehicle to a person in a name in the name in the vicinity of the Seocho-gu in early half of 2018, and the Defendant used the number plate for the registration of motor vehicle, which is air, to be issued a plastic plate; (b) around that time, the Defendant: (c) forged the number plate for the registration of the motor vehicle, which is an air wn; (d) attached his/her car number plate, which was forged by a person in the name in the front of the Goyang-gu in Taeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; and (e) operated the road from Gyeyang-gu to Seodae-gu, Seoul to 148-4, around May 2, 2018, by operating the road from Seoyang-gu to Seodae-gu, Seoul.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall use any forged or forged vehicle registration number plate;

The Defendant forged B car rental car registration number plates in the same manner as that set forth in paragraph 1 at the date, time and place set forth in paragraph 1, and attached a forged car registration number plate as set out in paragraph 1, as if it was duly formed, and used a forged car registration number plate on May 2, 2018.
