A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2018, the Defendant: (a) in the PC room located at the end of the strike at the end of the week; (b) when the car registration number plate in front of XG passenger cars in the name of the Defendant was kept in custody as taxes in arrears; (c) the Defendant planned the number “B” number using a computer for forging and operating the number plate; and (d) carried it out before and after printing it.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the car registration number plate, which is a forged air.

3. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall forge, alter, or unlawfully use a motor vehicle registration number plate;

Nevertheless, the defendant, on the date and time stated in the above Paragraph 2, and at the place, operated the vehicle registration number plate forged by attaching it to the front and rear part of the above vehicle, and used the forged vehicle registration number plate unlawfully.
