A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall forge, alter or use a motor vehicle registration number plate, etc. or trade, assist in the trade of, receive or use any forged or altered motor vehicle registration number plate, etc.

1. On August 3, 2017, the Defendant was placed in custody of the registration number plate on the front side of the BFD car from the vehicle registration office at Ansan-si on the ground of default of administrative fines. On August 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) attached a transparent tape to the plastic board (30cm in width, 17cm in length, 17cm in length) purchased from the Defendant’s office located at the door point at Ansan-si, 1013 Dong 403 at the end of the end of August 2017; and (b) installed the “B” registration number plate using a pen and a person who can be seen in the part on which the tape is attached; (c) removed the tapes of the proposed part; and (d) made the vehicle registration number plate in a way of spreading a white cro.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the car registration number plate, which is an air, for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. On October 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a forged motor vehicle registration number plate, as prescribed in paragraph 1, at the end of the said motor vehicle and operated the said motor vehicle, on the front side of the said motor vehicle, as if it was duly formed, from the Do in Ansan-si, the upper end of the 3rd day of the 5th day of the 1st day of the 1st day of the 1st day of the 201st day of Ansan-si, Ansan-si; and (b) the said motor vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant used a forged car registration number plate, and at the same time exercised a forged car registration number plate.
