A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of eight months for embezzlement for occupational purposes at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on February 1, 2018, and one year.

2.9. The person who is the representative director of the corporation B, and whose judgment has become final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant, a Co., Ltd., was placed in custody a car registration number plate attached in front of the car Habrid Habrid, which is a Co., Ltd. B, to forge it and attach it to the said car.

Accordingly, around June 2017, the Defendant: (a) made an automobile registration number plate in the “E restaurant” parking lot located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) made an automobile registration number plate in a knife by using a pen in the clife in the knife box; and (c) affixed a car registration number plate in the knife onto the knife; and (d) affixed a forged car registration plate in the future; and (c) attached the forged car registration plate after the said car.

As a result, for the purpose of exercising the right, the defendant forged the car registration number plate, which is an air defense, and exercised the car registration number plate which is a forged air defense as if it was duly formed.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall forge a vehicle registration number plate or use a forged registration number plate;

Nevertheless, the Defendant forged a car registration number plate in the same manner as the entries in paragraph (1) at the time and place, and used the forged car registration number plate as if it were duly formed.
