A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall use a forged or forged motor vehicle registration number plate;

Nevertheless, in April 2015, the Defendant: (a) forged C number plates by means of making letters on a white plastic display box with a black tape; (b) attached the Defendant’s “Karen Sene B” number plate in front of the passenger car operated by the Defendant at ordinary times; and (c) operated the said vehicle from that time until May 23, 2016.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a car registration number plate and used it unlawfully.

2. The Defendant, while operating a Karen Blue vehicle with C’s “Karen Beta” in arrears with taxes, etc., attempted to use the front number plate of the vehicle from the competent authority by forging the number plate on the vehicle and attaching it on the vehicle.

The Defendant forged the registration number plate of a vehicle, which is an air defense, at the same time and place as the preceding paragraph, and attached it to the foregoing vehicle and operated the vehicle as above.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising authority, forged the number plate of a vehicle that is air straw without authority and exercised it.
