A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants conspired to purchase marijuana by their co-purchases, and Defendant B transferred the price of marijuana to Defendant A as a non-tecoin, and Defendant A decided to take charge of the role of ordering marijuana at “C”, a site specializing in the sale of marijuana, respectively.

Accordingly, Defendant B remitted 1 million Korean Won to Defendant A, and Defendant A transferred bitco, which was known through “C” on December 3, 2017, and Defendant A transferred bitcos equivalent to KRW 1 million to the former bitcos designated by “C” on December 3, 2017, and around 21:00 on the same day, the house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is found to have 8 gh of marijuana, the sales of which was concealed under the bottom of the air conditioner, and purchased it.

In addition, from December 3, 2017 to May 12, 2018, the Defendants purchased approximately KRW 48g of marijuana 6 million in total on six occasions in the following manner, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1) as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. The Defendants jointly smoked on December 3, 2017 by inserting approximately 0.5-1g of marijuana to the pipe of tobacco in Gangnam-gu Seoul E-gu, Seoul, and attaching a fire to the smoke, and jointly smoked around 8g of marijuana over eight occasions.

In addition, the Defendants jointly smoked approximately 44g of hemp in total 44 times from December 3, 2017 to May 13, 2018 in the following manner, as shown in the list of crimes (2) of the attached Table of crimes.

3. On June 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred approximately KRW 300,000 to 300,00,000 to e-mail, which was known through “C” around 23:33 to 23:58; and (b) on June 21, 2016, the Defendant found approximately 27 g of marijuana, the house located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for which the said sale was concealed under the bottom of the air-conditioning room, and purchased it.

In addition, the Defendant, from June 21, 2016 to March 10, 2018, as shown in the attached list of crimes (3).
