A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Purchasing marijuana;

A. On June 4, 2016, at around 23:42, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase marijuana 8g from C’D “D”; (b) transferred to the seller of marijuana approximately 8g of marijuana 8g from D “E”; and (c) sought approximately 02:0 g of marijuana from G oil stations located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul at around 02:00 on the following day, and purchased it.

B. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant decided to purchase approximately 10 g of marijuana from the above “E” and transferred the 1,099,802 bitcos of the Republic of Korea to Korea, and around 21:00 of the same day, the Defendant found about about 10 g of marijuana between the gap of the right-hand outer wall of the stairs located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H No. 5 21:0, and purchased it.

On August 18, 2016, the Defendant decided to purchase approximately 10g of marijuana from K using ID “D” (one name “J”) in D, and transferred approximately 10g of 1,100,000 won to K-wits, and then sought approximately 10g of mariju and purchased it under the building outer wall near the Dong-dong Seoul Metropolitan Government, the same day at around 22:00.

(d)

On September 12, 2016, the Defendant decided to purchase approximately 5g of marijuana from the above K on September 12, 2016, and transferred the 630,700 Won to the bitcos equivalent to the 630,700 Won, and on the same day, around 22:0, the Defendant found about about 5g of marijuana and purchased it from the bitcos adjacent to the building adjacent to Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan L Station.

E. On September 17, 2016, the Defendant decided to purchase approximately 5g of marijuana from the above K, and transferred the 550,000 bitcos of the Republic of Korea to the bitcos equivalent to the 550,000 bitcos. On the same day, around 23:00 of the same day, the Defendant found about 5g of marijuana and purchased it from around 23:0 the air conditioners, other than the air conditioners adjacent to Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan L Station.

F. On November 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase from NN using ID “D”; (b) transferred 900,000 won in the Republic of Korea to a non-tecoin; (c) around 24:00 on the same day, around 24:00, the Defendant found about about 5 g of marijuana, following the air conditioners outside the air conditioners adjacent to the Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L Station; and (d) sought about 5 g of marijuana.
