A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Purchasing marijuana;

A. On January 9, 2017, around 16:37, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase 3g of marijuana from G using the ID of “D” (one name “E”) of the deep web of the Internet; (b) transferred 3g of 19:30,000 won to the electronic wall bags in which G is used; (c) on the same day, around 23:00 of the same day, the Defendant purchased marijuana by means of finding approximately 3g of marijuana near the H station of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at the bottom of the air-conditioning room.

B. On February 3, 2017, the Defendant decided to purchase approximately 2g of marijuana from a seller without the name of “D”, and transferred 330,000 won or more to an electronic wallet used by the seller, the Defendant purchased marijuana in a way that, around 23:00 on the same day, the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu house was located under the nearby fire extinguisher to find approximately 2g of marijuana.

On February 18, 2017, the Defendant decided to purchase approximately 2g of marijuana from a seller without the name of the “D”, and transferred the 220,000 won bitcos equivalent to the 220,000 won bitcos used by the seller to the electronic wallets used by the seller, and then purchased marijuana in a way that, around February 19, 2017, around 20:00 the following day, the house near the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu H Station found approximately 2g of marijuana within the chemical group.

Defendant

On February 26, 2017, 18:12, to purchase about 2g of marijuana from a seller without the name of “D”, and to transfer 300,000 won of the 300,000 won-in bitcos used by the seller to an electronic wallet used by the seller, and then to purchase marijuana on February 27, 2017, around 00:00 of the following day by means of finding approximately 2g of marijuana within the chemical team:

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On March 3, 2017, the Defendant smoked in the way of smoking tobacco by putting about 1g of hemp in the 'J Park' located in U.S. Dong-gu, U.S., U.S., in the early 02:0, the Defendant 1g of hemp and then attaching it to the string stringer.

B. On July 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant removed the tobacco smoke from the foregoing place, and then put about 0.3g of marijuana in the same place, and attach a rack with a rack.
