A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Purchasing marijuana;

A. On July 3, 2016, at around 16:43, the Defendant decided to purchase approximately 9g of marijuana from a person who sells his/her name in secret from the “D” website of the deep web. On the same day, the Defendant transferred the bit 1.4 million Won to the e-mail of “E” in the name of the D operator, who is the D operator, and then purchased approximately 9g of marijuana from the French-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as “E”), known to the seller at around 21:00 on the same day.

B. On August 29, 2016, around 22:39, the Defendant purchased approximately 2g of marijuana from F (ID) at the “D’s site of the deep web, and transferred approximately 3.90,000 won to the Han bitco, and on August 30, 2016, the Defendant found approximately 2g of marijuana at the French-gu Seoul, where the F was known by F, and purchased it.

On September 20, 2016, at around 22:51, the Defendant, at the deep web website’s “D” website, intended to purchase approximately 7g marijuana from a person who sells his/her name in secret, transferred approximately 1100,000,000 bitcos to the above E’s e-mail exclusively for the E-mail. On September 21, 2016, around 01:00, the Defendant sought approximately 7g of marijuana from the non-seller of Gangnam-gu Seoul, known to the seller in secret, and purchased it.

On December 23, 2016, around 21:03, the Defendant decided to purchase 8g of marijuana from H (ID, “I”, “J”) at the “D” website of the deep web, and transferred 1,000,000,000 won to the Republic of Korea. On December 24, 2016, around 01:00, the Defendant sought approximately 8g of marijuana and purchased 8g of marijuana from the air-conditioning equipment near the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government KGL entrance.

2. The Defendant for smoking marijuana: From June 18, 2017

6. Around 15:00 Between 22. Around 15:00, she was placed in the local place of “L” in the U.S. law diesel diesel, and smoked in the manner of smoking, such as tobacco, by inserting approximately 1g of marijuana into the roller pedle.
