A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Purchasing marijuana;

A. At around 12:52 on April 12, 2018, the Defendant, upon having requested E to trade marijuana, remitted KRW 200,000 as the purchase price for marijuana from the new bank account (F) account under the name of the Defendant to the Agricultural Cooperative (H) account in the name of G. G, and around 18:19 on the same day, G remitted the 220,000 won as the e-mail of E to the e-mail.

E, at around 18:52 on the same day, transferred the name and influence of “I”, which is a sales site for marijuana, to an electronic wall tag (J) where the name and influence of “I” was known, and then received the address and photograph of the storage site for marijuana from the sales and delivered it to the Defendant.

On April 13, 2018, at around 00:00, the Defendant found approximately 1g of marijuana at the bottom of the air-conditioner, other than the air-conditioner room, and purchased a house with no address of not more than Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul.

B. From April 13, 2018, around 15:30 on April 13, 2018, the Defendant wired KRW 2.30,00 from the above Defendant’s account to the above G account under the name of the said G, and around 15:51 on the same day, G remitted the bitco equivalent to KRW 2.30,000 to E’s electronic wallets.

E, at around 22:17 on the same day, remitted 230,000 won to the e-mail (K) where the name and influence sales of the said “I” was known, and then received the address and photograph of the place where marijuana was concealed from the sales and delivered them to the Defendant.

On April 14, 2018, at around 00:00, the Defendant found approximately 1g of marijuana at the bottom of the air-conditioner, other than the air-conditioner room, and purchased a house with no address of not more than Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On December 31, 2016, the Defendant, along with E, G, L, M, N, etc., smoked marijuana jointly in a tobacco pipe room in Gangnam-gu Seoul, by inserting approximately 1g of marijuana into the ice room in Seoul, Gangnam-gu Seoul, in a way that the Defendant inhales the smoke.
