Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who imports marijuana 1 shall export, import, manufacture, trade, or arrange the trade of marijuana. Nevertheless, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea using Vietnam on March 23, 2019, concealed approximately 15.2g of marijuana purchased from Vietnam on the part of its boo, and arrived at the Incheon Airport’s first passenger terminal around 09:00 on the same day.
