A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

15,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. by the District Court of the Republic of Korea on September 6, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in a governmental prison on September 6, 2015.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Smoking marijuana;

A. On August 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) laid in the string room of “C hotel” in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, the passenger room located in “C hotel”); (b) laid off the string of the ston coffee lid; (c) laid off the string of marijuana; and (d) smoked in the opposite lid as soon as possible.

B. On August 29, 2017, at around 19:00, the Defendant smoked the amount of marijuana in the passenger room located in Seopopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Do, in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

On August 30, 2017, around 19:00, the Defendant smoked the amount of marijuana in the “E pension” room located in Seopopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

On September 26, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant smoked from the main point of “G” located on the first floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government FF underground, in the same manner as the above paragraph (a), and continuously removed the smoke of the tobacco, and thereafter, the Defendant smoked by inserting the marith in the marith to the end of the opposite part by inserting the marith and inserting the marith in the marith.

E. On September 27, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant smoked from the main point of “I” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H in the same manner as that of the above paragraph (a), and continuously removed the tobacco’s tobacco plant, and thereafter, the Defendant smoked as soon as possible several times by inserting the hemp plant into the opposite end.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana over five times.

2. At around 12:00 on September 27, 2017, the Defendant, holding marijuana, placed the hemp plant in the cryp of 0.04 g g, which was wraped by K in Jung-gu, Seoul, and kept in the cryp of 0.04 g.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana.
