1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana, or inhale any chemical substance prescribed by Presidential Decree which causes smoking, hallucination, hallucination, or anesthesia (hereinafter referred to as "hic substance"), or possess it for this purpose, and shall not conduct any act of keeping marijuana by any person other than a person handling narcotics.

1. Defendant A

The Defendant purchased marijuana by attaching 3 g. g. c. g. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. f. c.) to the Defendant purchased it.

2. At around 03:30 on June 21, 2019, the Defendant smoked 0.9g in total with K and L by taking off marijuana 0.9g brought by the Defendant on the smoking machine of the hemp that was made by fest disease at the house of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, Kho, and on three occasions, by dividing it by 0.3g via three times, and as soon as the smoke occurred by fluening the smoke by fluening it with K and L.

C. At around 12:39 on July 2, 2019, the Defendant kept 0.23g of marijuana in the Defendant’s above house, by dividing 0.23g of marijuana into the 2-wing paper of vinyl, and inserting it into the cooling machine, thereby keeping 0.23g of marijuana in total.
