A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the hemp as follows:

1. Smoking marijuana;

A. On July 14, 2018, the Defendant smoking marijuana around July 14, 2018, at the guest room of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B hotel, he made a hole of the non-filled marijuana brought by the Defendant into the female-friendly coffee, together with female-gu coffee, and made it into the instant coffee, covered the hemp with a cover of the stuff, and smoked by taking a smoke generated by heating the hemp through a rackter.

B. On July 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around July 17, 2018,: (b) around July 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) laid in the instant container the influent marijuana purchased, such as paragraph 3(a); (c) laid in a hole on the container of coffee beverages; (d) laid in a fluent container; and (e) laid in a fluent container; and (e) smoked marijuana as soon as possible.

C. On February 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around February 18, 2019, at the Defendant’s house located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) around February 18, 2019, the Defendant d, like paragraph 3(b), made the French marious marijuana purchased on the container for a single-use container with a hole attached thereto; (c) allowed the smoke to be detained in the said container; and (d) smoked it by inhaleing it as soon as possible.

On February 20, 2019, the Defendant smoking marijuana around February 20, 2019: (a) around February 20, 2019, at the above Defendant’s house, opened the marith amount of marijuana purchased, as referred to in paragraph (3) above, opened it on the container of coffee beverages with a fire attached thereto; and (b) smoked marijuana by inhaleing it as soon as possible.

2. Around July 22, 2018, the Defendant accepted marijuana by delivering approximately 1-2g of hemp to G in Gwangju City by delivering approximately 1-2g of hemp to the needy name, who sent the paper G, at the house of the above C in Ansan-si, and by delivering approximately 1-2g of hemp to the deceased.

3. Purchasing marijuana;

A. On July 17, 2018, the Defendant is a house near Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I apartment.
