Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that it does not substantially disadvantage the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense, the following facts charged shall be organized and criminal facts shall be recognized:

A Chinese woman wishing to enter the Republic of Korea is to be registered in the family register for the purpose of being employed in the Republic of Korea by being registered in the family register for a marriage with a female of the Republic of Korea without any restriction, and to be registered in the family register for the purpose of being employed in Korea by being married with a female of the Republic of Korea without any restriction. B introduced the above Chinese woman to a female of the Republic of Korea who is a female of the Republic of Korea, and in return, introduced it to that female, and received the fee of KRW 500,000 per case from 2.5 million to 5 million in return for a disguised marriage.

Around February 6, 2009, the Defendant conspired with C and B to enter false marriage in the register of family relations in the Supreme Court of Korea, which is a public electronic record, and had the said public official enter the false marriage in the register of family relations in a public electronic record, and keep it in a place around that time, even though the Defendant was a disguised marriage without any intention to marry in accordance with the above public offering, the Defendant prepared a false report of marriage in accordance with the above public offering, as if he had been married under normal conditions, and submitted the above report, etc. to the public official in charge of family relations, who is unaware of the circumstances.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with C and B, filed a false report to the public official to enter false facts in the family relation register management system of the Supreme Court, which is a public electronic record, and exercised it.
