D Based on the fact that in the case of foreigners who are nationals of the People's Republic of China, they are allowed to enter the Republic of Korea when they are registered on the citizen's family register of the Republic of Korea, the fact was asked to identify the number of men of the Republic of Korea who live in the Republic of Korea to make a false marriage report with the male of the Republic of Korea for the purpose of entering the Republic of Korea for employment.

C Upon receipt of the above D’s request, finding the “E” of Defendant A’s operation in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and asking for the examination of the number of men of the Republic of Korea who are to enter into a disguised marriage with the above D, Defendant A asked the F who was living together with the said D upon the said request. The F offered a disguised marriage with Defendant G who works for the same taxi company as himself/herself at the cost of a disguised marriage. Defendant G offered a disguised marriage with the above D with the intent to receive KRW 3 million in return for a disguised marriage, and Defendant G offered a false marriage report in sequence with the truth.

G around April 8, 2008, according to the above public invitation, submitted a marriage report and related documents prepared as if they were married to Defendant D with truth at the public service center of the Incheon Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, the Incheon Metropolitan Government, the Do government, which was located in 95, to a public official in charge of the above Gu's family register, and had the above public official who is aware of such fact enter and register them as a true marriage with the defendants into the family register information system, which is a public electronic record, to record the false facts in the public electronic record, and thereafter used it by storing and operating the family register information system, which is the public electronic record, recorded the above fact of insolvency, at around that time.
