Reasons
Punishment of the crime
In the case of foreigners who are nationals of the People's Republic of China, the defendant used the fact that entry into the Republic of Korea can be made if they are registered on the citizen's family register of the Republic of Korea, and asked to inquire into the male of the Republic of Korea for the purpose of entry into the Republic of Korea, who live in the Republic of Korea.
