Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person without a certain occupation, and there was a conspiracy with C to report a false marriage by mediating a disguised marriage between men of the ship and women of the domestic readers, as a means of allowing them to enter Korea and find a job.

1. At around 11:40 on September 4, 2004, the Dosan-dong, 888, the Dosan-dong, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, the Defendant did not intend to marry with the above C, but the Defendant prepared a false marriage report as if the Defendant and C were to have a normal marriage, and submitted it to the above viewing with the marriage certificate issued in China, and let the public official in charge of viewing the above viewing family register enter the facts of false facts into the Defendant’s electronic records of the Defendant’s electronic records by making a false report to the public official.

2. The Defendant had the above public official keep the above public electronic record book in the above public electronic record book and exercised it at the above temporary viewing.
