A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. 2. On September 3, 2009, E and F (former on the same day) drafted a false marriage report, “E and F,” as if they were married under normal marriage, even though they were married under the above public offering, in the public service center for viewing the Government, Dong-dong, Government, Dong-si, Government, and Government-dong on September 3, 2009, and the above marriage report, etc.
