Punishment of the crime

C Based on the fact that in the case of foreigners who are nationals of the People's Republic of China, entry into the Republic of Korea can be made if they are registered on the citizen's family register of the People's Republic of China, the fact was asked to identify the number of men of the Republic of Korea who live in the Republic of Korea for the purpose of entry into the Republic of Korea and who are their relatives living in the Republic of Korea.

G around April 8, 2008, according to the above public offering, submitted a marriage report and related documents prepared as if they were married with C with the public official in charge of the family register of the above Gu office to a public official in charge of the above Gu office's name, and had the public official who is aware of such fact enter into and register as a true marriage in the family register information system, which is a public electronic record, and used the above public electronic records for storing and operating the family register information system, which is the above public electronic record, where the fact of the negligence was recorded.
