1. The Defendant’s KRW 44,266,915 as well as 5% per annum from May 9, 2015 to April 21, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. According to the Forest Survey Division, the entries in the Forest Survey Division written during the Japanese occupation occupation period of the Forest Survey Division, the three parts in the preceding three parts in Gyeonggi-gun B shall be deemed to have been inspected by C.

B. (1) The said situation’s land was divided into 840 square meters and 60 square meters (198 square meters) before the Gyeonggi-do E, Gyeonggi-do, and the F. The land was divided into 840 square meters and 60 square meters (198 square meters) on December 30, 1963.

(2) In accordance with the provisions related to the State Property Act, the Defendant completed the registration of preservation of ownership on July 10, 1995, No. 17068, for a six-month period from August 3, 1993 to February 28, 1994, with respect to the land of 198 square meters in Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do.

(3) On December 14, 2004, the Plaintiff entered into a loan agreement for State-owned property of 198 square meters prior to the above FF with the Defendant’s disposition office, for three years. On July 29, 2005, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the sale of State-owned property of 35,640,000 square meters prior to the above FF with the Simcheon-si on July 29, 2005, and completed the registration of ownership transfer as of July 29, 2005, for the reason of sale and purchase as of July 29, 2005.

(4) On August 18, 2005, the pertinent FM was subject to the change of the name of the administrative district, and the registration conversion was made with 201 square meters prior to D, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter “instant land”).

(5) The instant land is as follows.

The G land was merged on August 21, 2006, as seen in paragraph (3) of this section.

C. (1) Division relation, etc. of G land at the time of Gyeonggi-do.

The land indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article was subject to registration conversion into 2,615 square meters before H on December 31, 1968, and was later divided into 1,394 square meters before G and 1,221 square meters on March 15, 2004 after having changed the name of the administrative district.

(2) On November 15, 2005, the previous G was divided into 1,191 square meters and 30 square meters prior to J on the said G on November 15, 2005.

(3) On August 21, 2006, the instant land was merged with that of the said G on August 21, 2006 and became 1,392 square meters prior to G in Gyeonggi-do.

(4) On January 11, 2007, the area of 1,392 square meters in the preceding G is 1,392 square meters.
