1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant F: (a) on November 7, 2017, the Macheon-si District Court’s Macheon-si District Court’s Macheon-si Office with respect to the area of 586 square meters per annum.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff’s prior-based net H (H and I) resided in the Gyeonggi-do Macheon-gunJ, the legal domicile of which is the Plaintiff, K, L and M, and died on September 24, 200.

In the distribution farmland repayment ledger prepared in 1950, it is stated that the land before the division was distributed to R having the address in Qu, Macheon-gun, and the distribution farmland ledger entered that the land before the division was distributed to R, and that the land before the division (the area was corrected from 258 to 215) was distributed to R, even in the farmland subdivision column in the land cadastre in the land cadastre register.

The term "the details of repayment" in the above repayment ledger means that the total amount of redemption shall be 55 Ma Mana, etc. and the total amount of redemption shall be collected from 1952 to 1958.

The registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the defendant (hereinafter “registration of preservation of ownership of this case”) was completed on October 26, 1995 as received on the land prior to the division of this case by the Jung-gu District Court, Seocheon District Court registry office, 26585.

On April 12, 2017, the instant land before the instant partition was divided into 586 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) and 125 square meters (hereinafter “non-party land”) before the S, each of which was divided into 586 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land”).

E. As to the instant land, on September 8, 2017, the network B received the ownership transfer registration as the receipt of No. 36721, Oct. 12, 2017, for the reason of sale and purchase, from the Jung-gu District Court, Macheon District Court, Macheon Registry, and Defendant F received the ownership transfer registration as of October 31, 2017 on the ground of donation on October 31, 2017 (hereinafter “each of the above ownership transfer registration”).

F. The deceased died on April 12, 2020, and the deceased.
