1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. As to the land listed in Attachment List No. 1, the District Court of Sucheon District Court, Macheon Registry of the District Court.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Land Survey Division on the land of the Gyeonggi-gun B Ri, which was prepared during the Japanese colonial era of the entry of the Land Survey Division, states as follows: D’s address in the Gyeonggi-gun E-gun, Gyeonggi-do, 907 (hereinafter “instant land assessment No. 1”); the Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, 58 (hereinafter “the instant land assessment No. 2”); and the Gyeonggi-gun G G 736 (hereinafter “the instant land assessment No. 3”), each of the circumstances.
B. Each of the instant assessment land was divided into the process of dividing the land, changing its land category, changing the administrative district, etc., and completing registration of preservation of ownership in the Defendant’s name; 1) the land subject to the instant assessment was divided into HY 253 square meters, I large 650 square meters, and JJ 4 square meters. On July 24, 1970, 650 square meters, divided from the land subject to the instant assessment No. 1, divided into the instant assessment land, was converted into a forest land, and the land category was converted into a forest land, and thereafter the area was converted into a square meter, and 2,149 square meters (attached Form 1) of the Gyeonggi-do Forest land (hereinafter referred to as “attached Table”).
(2) The land of this case was later converted into a square meter, and the area of the land of this case was 192 square meters per 192 square meters per Dopo-si, Gyeonggi-do (the land listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table) after the change of the name of the administrative district on October 19, 2003.
3) The land of this case No. 3 is the land of this case 2,190 square meters (attached Form 3) before Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, where part of the land of this case 3 was 69 square meters prior to K, and thereafter, the area of the above K is converted into a square meter, and the land of this case was converted into a square meter on October 19, 2003 through a change of the name of the administrative district on October 19, 2003.
(4) On the other hand, with respect to the land listed in the attached Table No. 10175 as of November 6, 1979, the defendant entered in the attached Table No. 1 as to the land listed in the attached Table No. 1 by the Macheon District Court's receipt of Macheon Registry of Macheon District Court on October 9, 1996, as to the land listed in the attached Table No. 2 in the attached Table No. 28859, Nov. 6, 1979, as to the land listed in the attached Table No. 3 in the attached Table No. 10175.
