1. The part of the claim for confirmation of ownership among the lawsuit of this case shall be dismissed.

A. Defendant Republic of Korea shall be Wcheon-si.

1. Basic facts

A. According to the Forest Survey Division, the entries in the Forest Survey Division were written during the Japanese occupation period of the Forest Survey Division, the three parts prior to I in Gyeonggi-do are written as being examined by J.

B. (1) The said situation’s land was divided into 840 square meters and 60 square meters (198 square meters) prior to K in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter “instant land”) as the land was restored on December 30, 1963, and was divided into 840 square meters prior to Gyeonggi-do L, Gyeonggi-do, and M.

(2) The Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of preservation of ownership on July 10, 1995, under the 17068 received on July 10, 1995, with respect to the area of 198 square meters prior to Gyeonggi-gun M.

(3) The above M land was subject to registration conversion on August 18, 2005, with the land of 201 square meters (the instant land) prior to K in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do.

(4) Defendant F completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage on the instant land under the Jung-gu District Court’s Macheon District Court’s Macheon Registry No. 30902 on July 29, 2005 due to the sale and purchase of the instant land on July 29, 2005, and completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage on July 20, 2006 to Defendant Yongcheon-Nam Saemaeul Saemaul Savings Depository as the receipt of No. 2830 on July 21, 2006 of the same registry office on the ground of the mortgage contract concluded on July 20, 2006.

(5) The instant land is as follows.

The G land was merged on August 21, 2006, as seen in paragraph (3) of this section.

C. (1) Division relation, etc. of G land at the time of Gyeonggi-do.

The land described in paragraph (1) was subject to registration conversion with 2,615 square meters prior to the Gyeonggi-do Nancheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do on December 31, 1968, and was later divided into 1,394 square meters prior to O in Gyeonggi-do and 1,221 square meters prior to G on March 15, 2004 after having changed the name of the administrative district.

(2) On November 15, 2005, the previous G was divided into 1,191 square meters and 30 square meters prior to the P on-site, Gyeonggi-do.

(3) On August 21, 2006, the instant land was merged with that of the said G on August 21, 2006 and became 1,392 square meters prior to G in Gyeonggi-do.

(4) On January 11, 2007, the previous G 1,392 square meters was divided into 745 square meters prior to G in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, Q 56 square meters prior to Q, and 91 square meters prior to R.

(5) On January 11, 2007, the land category was changed to a road. On the same day, Gyeonggi-do was combined with H and S land.
