1. The Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant in the judgment of the first instance against the Republic of Korea as to each of the real estate listed in the attached Tables 5 and 6.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The real estate indicated in paragraph (3) of the Attachment List 1) According to the Gancheon-gun National Forest Survey Report prepared around 1921 by the former Joseon Forest Survey Order in 1921, the owner of Qucheon-gun of Gyeonggi-do is not separately indicated in the address of O or owner. 2) The land listed in paragraph (3) of the Attached List 3 (hereinafter “instant three land”) following the conversion registration of the area, change of administrative district, etc.
(B) According to the land survey document drawn up in the Japanese occupation point period, the owner of Seocheon-gun AW Forest in Gyeonggi-do 1,381 is not separately indicated in the name of theO or owner of the land. C.
