Punishment of the crime

1. On March 26, 2012, from around 13:50 to 14:50 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s dental treatment services by force by avoiding disturbance, such as “Irre, Love, Ir.,” stating that “Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre.”

2. On March 27, 2012, from around 11:00 to 11:30 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s dental treatment by force by avoiding disturbance, such as “the Defendant has left a person with love within the country.”

3. The Defendant, from around 12:00 on March 28, 2012 to 12:30 on the same day, entered the victim’s room in the same place, and obstructed the victim’s dental treatment by force by avoiding disturbance without hearing the Defendant.

4. On March 29, 2012, from around 11:10 to 11:30 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s dental treatment duties by force by avoiding disturbance, such as “competing with love” at the same place.
