Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a dental hospital on the second floor of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu D Building managed by C.

1. On June 16, 2015, from around 10:00 to around 10:30, the Defendant obstructed the cleaning work of the victim by avoiding disturbance, such as putting the victim’s disturbance into the body, i.e., preventing the cleaning of toilets, and preventing the toilet entrance, on the ground that the victim E, an employee of C, does not clean the toilet.

2. On June 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the same place from around 10:00 to 10:20, the victim E, for the same reason, interfered with the cleaning work of the victim by force by avoiding disturbance, such as putting the disturbance into the victim E, putting the victim E into cleaning, putting the victim’s crypt, blocking the victim’s front door, etc.

3. On October 13, 2015, from around 10:00 to around 10:30, the Defendant obstructed the cleaning work of the victim by force by avoiding disturbance, such as: (a) preventing the victim E from standing in front of the victim E for the same reason; and (b) keeping the victim E in front of the building; and (c) keeping the victim’s property for the same reason, stating that “Isn’s drinking person does not lead to a building owner’s sewage, and lowers the age of drinking.”

4. On October 14, 2015, from around 10:00 to 10:30 on the same place, the Defendant obstructed the cleaning of the victim by force by avoiding disturbance, such as putting the disturbance to the victim E, and putting the disturbance to a large amount of hydrogen, etc. for the same reason.

5. On October 15, 2015, from around 10:20 to 10:40 on the same place, the Defendant interfered with the cleaning of the victim by force by avoiding disturbance, such as preventing the front of the victim E from standing in front of the victim E for the same reason, and putting the victim a large amount of money, etc.
