Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On April 1, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, to a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime at the Incheon District Court on April 12, 2011, to a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime. On May 9, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the site of Suwon District Court on August 7, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around November 17, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) driving a C Eccoo vehicle at a section of about 30 meters near the Seoul Mapo-gu Road without obtaining a driving license under the influence of alcohol level of 0.09%.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice, and at the same time, driven a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.

2. Around November 17, 2019, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) was found to have been driven by drinking while driving a coo vehicle in the vicinity of Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (b) was demanded to make a statement of the Defendant’s personal information from E in the circumstances in which the Seoul Mapo-gu Police Station D was affiliated with D.

The deceased stated that the F's resident registration number of the defendant who was known to the general public was the same as his resident registration number and used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

3. The Defendant, at the date and time specified in the foregoing paragraph 2, and at the place of the Seoul Mapo Police Station D’s position, demanded the preparation of the police officer’s sign box for the control of drinking driving by the police officer’s personal information terminal (PDA) as a result of the control of drinking driving, and the above driver’s signature was forged without authority for the purpose of signing and exercising a “G” on the vehicle’s signature column, and the above E was a duly signed signature.
