A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 24, 2018, the Defendant was driving a CMF5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.091%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from an insular area in the territory of Michuhol-gu, Incheon to around 500 meters from an insular area to the front road of Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. On August 24, 2018, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at around 23:42, the Defendant unlawfully used the Defendant’s pro-friendly F resident registration number as if he had completed his resident registration number as if he was his resident registration number, and was demanded to present an identification card from E by a police officer belonging to the Incheon Michuhol-gu Police Station D department of the Incheon Michuhol-gu Police Station that was under the influence of drinking on the front of the road.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above paragraph 2, required to sign a notice of the result of the crackdown on drinking driving of a portable information device (PDA) from the above E at the same time and place as above paragraph 2, signed the F without authority, and forged it, and exercised the forged F’s signature to E as if it had been duly formed.

4. For the purpose of uttering at the same time and place as above paragraph 2, the Defendant: (a) stated “F” in the column of the driver’s opinion on the circumstantial statement statement of the host driver; and (b) stated “F” at the bottom; (c) forged one copy of the circumstantial statement of the host driver under the name F, which is a private document concerning the certification of facts; and (d) exercised the falsified statement report to E as if it was duly concluded.
