A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 도로교통법위반(음주운전) 및 도로교통법위반(무면허운전) 피고인은 2015. 4. 21. 00:46경 자동차 운전면허를 받지 아니하고, 혈중알콜농도 0.068%의 술에 취한 상태로 삼척시 정상로에 있는 훌랄라 치킨호프 앞 도로에서부터 같은 로 등뼈식당 앞 사거리를 경유, 유턴하여 다시 위 훌랄라 치킨호프 앞 도로까지 약 200m 구간에서 B 소유의 C 승용차를 운전하였다.

3.
