Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 14:50 on June 17, 2013, the Defendant on the unlawful uttering of official documents, the Defendant: (a) performed a vehicle rental contract at the office located in the Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon Seo-gu C office; (b) subsequently, the Defendant presented the victim D’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Daejeon Daejeon Provincial Police Agency, which was in possession of the Defendant’s prior personal identification from the person who requested the presentation of the driver’s license to verify the Defendant’s personal identification from his/her employee;

2. The Defendant forged a private document on the foregoing date and time, and at the same place, stated “F” in the name column “D”, “E”, and the number column using an authorized stample on the vehicle rental contract paper.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a vehicle rental contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

3. The Defendant: (a) obtained a lease of GG car from an employee under the above C’s name, who was aware of the forgery at the above time, at the above time and place; and (b) granted the forged vehicle rental contract as if it was a document that was duly formed.

4. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the same time and place as above, and on the same day from the same day, driven Gran TG car without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 264 km section from around 264 km to the front road of Lone Star apartment.
