Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained a Class C ordinary driver’s license in the name of the commissioner of the Daejeon Provincial Police Agency from the street in front of a shooting range where it is impossible to know the trade name in the middle-gu of Daejeon; and (b) used it to rent the car with the said driver’s license.

1. Illegal events of official documents;

A. On October 12, 2013, around 09:35, the Defendant: (a) leased a passenger car at the E Office located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon to Fro, and requested an employee with no knowledge of the name of the said company to present a driver’s license; (b) the Defendant, as above, presented a Class C’s first-class ordinary driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Daejeon Provincial Police Agency, which was an official document in possession, as the Defendant’s driver’s license.

B. On October 23, 2013, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 18:10.

A. The vehicle is leased to F with F at the same place as described in the paragraph.

As stated in paragraph A, the person demanding the presentation of the driver's license.

As in the same paragraph, C's driver's license, which is an official document, was presented as the defendant's driver's license and illegally exercised it.

2. Forgery and uttering of private documents;

A. The Defendant No. 1. A

When leasing Fro-car at the same date and place as indicated in the port, Fro-car was leased, the car rental contract in the name of C, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, was forged for the purpose of carrying out arbitrarily signature on the lessee column of the vehicle rental contract using a gluent pen, and the name of E was used for an employee with whom the name of E is unknown.

B. The Defendant No. 1.B.

Fro vehicle leasing at the same date, time, and place as indicated in the port, stating “C” in the lessee column of the vehicle rental contract using a stampial, and arbitrarily signing in the name of the lessee, one copy of the vehicle rental contract in the name of C, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, is forged for the purpose of exercising.
