The defendant shall be exempted from punishment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) performed a vehicle rental contract at the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of

2. The Defendant forged a private document stating “E”, “F”, and “G” in the resident registration number column on the paper of the vehicle rental contract, which was kept there at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, using an authorized color pen.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a vehicle rental contract in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

3. The Defendant: (a) leased a H-5 car to C’s employees D who knew of the forgery at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); and (b) delivered the forged vehicle rental contract as if it was a document duly formed.

4. Around 08:30 on April 10, 2018, the Defendant driven a HK5-car without obtaining a vehicle license from a section of about 7 km from the 6 km-ro public bus terminal in Yeongju-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu to the 263 Cheongju-ro road.
