Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On February 14, 2017, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced the Defendant to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the enforcement of the sentence on October 28, 2017 at the Seoul Southern District Court. On June 19, 2018, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced the Defendant to five months of imprisonment for an unlawful uttering of official documents, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 11, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On April 30, 2018, the Defendant issued a first-class ordinary driver’s license under the name of the Head of the Seoul Police Agency who was in possession of the said company’s representative F with a siren of the E-5 car owned by the said company at the office D office located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and C, and presented a first-class ordinary driver’s license under the name of the Defendant.

The Defendant illegally exercised his driver’s license, which is an official document.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at the place, and at the place, as described in paragraph 1, obtained a vehicle rental contract form from F to cover a 5-car car without authority for the purpose of uttering, and entered G’s name in the lessee column on the right below the above site and signed G’s name.
