Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant forged a private document: (a) made a car rental contract in the name of B, and conspired with C to cover a car, by drawing up a car rental contract in the name of B.

On January 5, 2011, the Defendant entered “F”, “B”, “G”, “H”, and “H”, and “B” in the present address column in the vehicle rental contract number column, which are kept in the office of the said rental car company, and signed “B” in the phone number column of the said rental contract, in order to obtain a loan for one FNF station or other car in Pyeongtaek located in Pyeongtaek-si D, and signed “J” and at the bottom of the contract.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, forged a vehicle rental contract in the name of B, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of uttering.

2. In collusion with C, the Defendant displayed the forged private document as if it were a document duly prepared, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

3. In collusion with C, the Defendant on the unlawful uttering of official document presented it to the employees of the said siren company, who were not aware of the name of the first class ordinary driver’s license in the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency, which was in possession at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), as if he were C’s driver’s license.
