1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 115,929,759 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 3, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff supplied goods equivalent to KRW 115,929,759 in total to the Defendant from October 2016 to December 30, 2016 does not conflict between the parties, or that it can be recognized by comprehensively taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings in the entries in the evidence Nos. 1-1, 2, 3, 2-1 to 14, and 3-2 of the evidence No. 1-2, and the whole purport of the pleadings. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 3, 2017 to the date of delivery of a duplicate of the complaint of this case.
