1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 123,527,191 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 3, 2016 to the date of full payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with credit goods, such as raw trees of an amount equivalent to KRW 123,527,191, from June 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016, does not conflict between the parties, or may be recognized by comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings in each statement in subparagraphs A through 4.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 123,527,191 as well as damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from November 3, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is clear that it is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, to the day of full payment.
