1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,266,200 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 10, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff supplied credit to the Defendant in an amount equivalent to KRW 32,266,200 from January 1, 2015 to September 2015 does not conflict between the parties, or that it can be recognized by comprehensively taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings in the items in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 10, 2016 to the date of delivery of a duplicate of the complaint of this case, which is obviously after the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, to the date of full payment.
