1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,018,463 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 11, 2017 to the date of full payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff supplied 64,018,463 won in total to the Defendant from February 12, 2014 to February 12, 2015 is either a dispute between the parties, or can be recognized by comprehensively taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings in each of the evidence Nos. 1-1, 2, 2, and 3. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff received 32,00,000 won out of the price of the goods from the Defendant from February 17, 2015 to December 20, 2016.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 11, 2017 to the date of full payment, which is obviously subsequent to the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, as well as after the final supply date for the remaining amount of goods (=64,018,463 won-32,000,000) and the final supply date.
