1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 99,775,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 24, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with the subsidiary product of the Toy Model amounting to KRW 9,775,00,000, in total, to the end of June 19, 2014 does not conflict between the parties, or that it can be recognized by comprehensively considering the overall purport of the pleadings, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of KRW 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 24, 2016 to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, which is obviously after the date following the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
