1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 322,473,378 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 27, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Although the Plaintiff supplied medicine to the Defendant who operates the hospital B located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City from January 2003 to October 14, 2014, the fact that the Plaintiff did not receive KRW 322,473,378 out of the price does not conflict between the parties, or that the Plaintiff’s testimony can be acknowledged by taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings and the entire purport of the pleadings. As such, the Defendant is obliged to pay damages for delay at a rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 27, 2015 to the date of delivery of a duplicate of the complaint of this case, which the Plaintiff seeks after the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, and from March 27, 2015 to the date of full payment.
