A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. Around January 26, 2012, the Defendant purchased a mobile phone from F located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon without obtaining permission from D to open a mobile phone in the name of D, the Defendant entered D’s name in the service contract form “D”, “G”, “D” in the resident registration number column, “D” in the date of preparation, and “D” in the customer registration number column, and signed D’s name adjacent to D’s name. The Defendant posted the forged service contract to the above F operator H, who is not aware of the forgery.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of a new service contract in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On January 26, 2012, the Defendant applied for a loan of 3 million won at the Daejeon Daejeon Daejeon Daejeon Daejeon Branch of Co., Ltd., Ltd., which was acting, and without obtaining D’s permission to obtain a loan under D’s name, entered D’s “D”, “G” and “G” in the resident registration number column into D’s resident registration number column and the loan amount column into D’s name and entered D’s name in the money loan contract form, which was kept at the same location, and subsequently, entered D’s name and entered into the name and omitted employees at the said Daejeon Branch of Co., Ltd., Ltd., which was aware of the forgery.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of the monetary loan contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

C. On February 17, 2012, the Defendant applied for a loan to a lot Capital Co., Ltd., Ltd. under D’s name, the amount of KRW 14 million at the Daejeon Middle-gu Daejeon Branch Center.
