A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2010, the Defendant, on behalf of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, leased the above real estate as the lease on a monthly basis and paid 50 million won out of the deposit received from the lessee to E with the delegation of monthly lease authority on the F building 402 owned by Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government under the terms and conditions of KRW 50 million and monthly rent of KRW 450,000,000 on behalf of the Defendant, who operated the D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.

1. Forgery of private documents or uttering of private documents on July 9, 2010;

A. On July 9, 2010, the Defendant concluded a lease agreement with the lessee G at the said brokerage office on the said real estate, and entered the deposit amount into the deposit amount column into the deposit money column as “daily0 million won”, “Seoul H, I, J, and E”, and printed it out to the lessor “Seoul H, I, J, and E”, and affixed the E seal attached to the name of the lessor.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one lease contract in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, while entering into a lease contract with G in his occupation, exercised the above forged lease contract as if it was duly formed.

2. Forgery of private documents or uttering of private documents on May 16, 2012;

A. On May 16, 2012, when the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with K and the above real estate at the above brokerage office around May 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) in the deposit column of the land for the real estate lease contract with the lessee, the Defendant shall be in black-gu, the deposit column for the land for the real estate lease contract, the remainder column, the remainder column, the remainder column, the “one hundred million Won” in the special agreement column, and the lessor’s column stated “Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu L, I, M, and E” as “Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and kept in advance subsequent to the name.”
