Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who was a broker assistant of the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., was willing to forge the real estate lease contract and acquire the lease deposit, etc.

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A.
