A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. A. On January 14, 2008, the Defendant, at the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C” located in Seongbuk-gu, stated in the column for the location of real estate in the entire lease site, that “Seoul Seongbuk-gu D”, “house in the space for use”, “house in the column for the lease deposit,” “E in the name column for the lessor,” and “F in the name column for the lessee’s name,” respectively, and subsequently, he forged one copy of the whole lease contract in the name of E, which is a private document on rights and duties, for the purpose of exercising the seal of E prepared in advance on the name of the above E, and exercised it as if it was duly established to G who knew of the forgery.
B. On January 29, 2008, at the above location, the Defendant stated that “Seoul Seongbuk-gu, “C” in the column for the use of the land for the monthly rent contract, “C” in the column for the monthly rent deposit, “one million won in the column for the down payment,” “Gu million won in the column for the remainder,” “H in the name of the lessor,” and “A” in the name column for the lessee’s name, and subsequently, at the above location, signed one copy of the monthly rent contract in the name of H, a private document on rights and obligations, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising his seal prepared in advance to the name of the above H, and exercised the forgery as if it was duly formed to G.
C. On January 29, 2008, the Defendant entered "Seoul Seongbuk-gu I" in the real estate location column of the real estate lease contract (the lease on a deposit basis), "Seoul Seongbuk-gu I" in the structure and use column, "three million won in the deposit column", "three million won in the remainder column", "one million won in the remainder column", "J" in the name column of the lessor, and "A" in the name column of the lessee, and subsequently affixed the seal of the J as prepared in advance to the name of the above J in the name of the above J for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease contract in the name of J, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and exercised the forgery in the real estate lease contract in the name of G as if it was duly established.
