A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and co-defendant C wanted to forge and use a real estate lease contract, etc. as follows, thereby deceiving a lending institution by means of a crypizing it, and receive a deposit loan and settle their previous debts.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. B.
