A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. When the auction procedure was conducted with respect to the Dogra 506, which is owned by the Defendant C, living in Ulsan-gun B, Ulsan-gun, and the Defendant was in possession of the Defendant, the Defendant had not entered into a lease agreement with C with the said real estate, and had not paid the lease deposit to C, the Defendant had the intention to exercise the right to use the relevant real estate lease agreement, which is the basis document, for filing a claim for dividend, by pretending that there was a claim for return of the lease deposit for the said real estate, at the auction court.
On March 5, 1999, the Defendant forged the real estate lease agreement at the Defendant’s house located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, 506, U.S., Ulsan-do, the Defendant entered the location of the real estate lease agreement in the column for the location of the real estate lease agreement, and entered the Defendant’s resident registration number and name in the column for the remainder of the contract in Ulsan-do, U.S., U.S., U.S., “S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S.,” in the column for the remainder of the contract, as of March 5, 1999, “U.S., U.S., U.S., U., U.S., U.S., U.S., U., U.S., U.E.,” and sealed the Defendant’s seal after entering C’s resident registration number and name.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease contract, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of the name C.
B. On March 30, 2005, the Defendant committed a forged real estate lease agreement.
Since one month after the date of the port, H in Ulsan-gun G was found in the I Licensed Real Estate Agent Office operated by Ulsan-gun G and demanded H to prepare a real estate lease agreement.
Accordingly, H is the location column of the real estate lease contract form kept at this place, "Dogra 506, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, Dogwon 506", and "Secheon Dog-do" in the deposit column.
