A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes related to the B name;

A. On November 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) drafted a “application for joining” at a “D agency located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si; (b) written the name “B”; (c) “B” in the customer name column; and (d) written “B” in the customer column at the bottom of the application form; and signed “B” in the next page. For the purpose of exercising rights and obligations, the Defendant forged one copy of “B” in the name of “B”, which is a private document related to rights and obligations; (b) signed on December 14, 2017, the Defendant signed the “application for joining the E Management B” in the name of “B,” which is a private document related to the rights and obligations, on December 14, 2017.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a “G subscription fee” in the name of “B”, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On November 8, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at the time and place indicated in Article 1-A-1(a) of the Act, and at the same time and place, displayed a false application for admission as if it were a document duly formed on December 14, 2017. (2) The Defendant committed the crime at the time and place indicated in Article 1-A-2(a) and at the same time and at the place specified in Article 1-2(a) as if it were a document duly formed.

2. Crimes related to the H name;

A. On December 30, 2017, the Defendant, on the charge of forging private documents, prepared an application for the Embbrout joining at a mutual influorial communications agency located in the Mabrance-si, Gyeonggi-do, on December 30, 2017, and written the name “H” in the customer name column “H”, “I” in the date of birth, and “H” in the customer column at the bottom of the application.
