A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operated a mobile phone agency in the name of “C” from April 2016 to June 2017, the Defendant was a person who operated a mobile phone agency from around April 2016 to around June 2017.
The defendant, while keeping the personal information of a customer who opened a mobile phone at the above agency, was able to arbitrarily open the mobile phone in the name of the customer in order to receive operating expenses from the communications company by raising the performance of opening the mobile phone.
1. Crimes committed on October 31, 2016;
A. On October 31, 2016, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated “E”, “F”, “E”, “E”, “H association I”, “J”, “E”, “E”, “E”, “E”, and “E” in the name of customer in the face of the application for D Mobble subscription through a black-type pen; (b) signed the above E name on the face of the application for D Moble charges; and (c) signed the said E name on the face of the applicant’s request for subsidies; and (d) signed the “E”, “E”, the applicant’s signature on the back of the above E name; and (d) signed the “E”, “E”, the monthly charge for the grant of D Moble subsidies, stating the name “6,00”, “E”, and the name “E” and the name “E” in each of the above E-standard mobile devices after signing the contract and signing it.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the application for Damble subscription in the name of E, which is a private document related to rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering, the application for DMoble grant, D mobile service contract standard guide, and mobile mobile device product description.
B. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in the preceding paragraph, shall file an application for momobbing in the name of E, a written application for DNA mobbbling, a written application for DNA mobbr support, and a D radio service contract.
